Three days of canoeing on the pure waters of Puula

Puulavesi, Finland's eighth biggest lake and famous for its lovely scenery, is your best choice when planning a canoeing holiday in Finland. Puulavesi has hundreds of kilometres of a shoreline with innumerable coves and islands: pleasant routes and beautiful stop-over places are easy to find. An excellent starting point for these trips is Puula Canoeing Centre at Kangasniemi. 

We will be arranging introductory canoeing trips in total safety among Puula's wilderness-like islands when ever you have a group of minimum 4 persons. A full two days admiring the huge natural monuments of the Ice Age and scenery in general in the peacefulness of the summer. We camp out on islands at serviced camping places or other attractive places appropriate to the purpose.

The minimum number of participants for each trip to take place is four full-price-paying persons.
The basic package comprises three canoeing days with full board.

Here's the programme in a nutshell:

Day 1:
Arrival at Puula Canoeing Centre, Kangasniemi, morning coffee.
Getting acquainted with the the canoeing equipment. Selecting one's canoe/kayak.
A short trip during which safety aspects are explained and related exercises are carried out.
After the lunch we will pack the equipment into the kayaks and head for the nice archipelago of lake Puula.
Tent accommodation and dinner by campfire,

Day 2:
Breakfast and moerning swim.
After the kayaks are packed we continue to the south. Lunch on an island. In the afternoon we have lot of time to look at the most beautiful islands of lake Puula. Accommodation in the evening in tents and evening meal by campfires.

Day 3:
After breakfast we are continueing the canoeing among wilderness-like islands. Lunch break at one of the many camp sites.
Arrive at Mannila harbour and transfer to Puula Canoeing Centre) in the late afternoon. Far-a-well coffee. 

Price: 295 € per person. Children under 12 years -30%. The prices include the above programme with guide's services, tent accommodation,
the meals mentioned above, and hire of canoeing and camping equipment.
